TO: ALL LIBRARY WORKING SCHOLARS
RE: ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2009-2010
Please be informed that the election for the new SLU-SLAS Officers will be on July 7, 2009 until July 8, 2009 at the 6th floor mezzanine discussion room. Election hours will start from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm only, after which counting of ballots will proceed on the last day of election.
Everyone is required to participate during this activity. Please be guided with the existing rules and regulations with regards to activities being conducted.
All COMELEC Members are asked to come and assist during election period and during the counting of ballots.
